Please tell us about your favorite thing about volunteering with CIC.
One of my favorite parts of volunteering with CIC is witnessing the wide range of businesses CIC entrepreneurs are pursuing, I enjoys watching the entrepreneurs turn their dreams into reality. Working with entrepreneurs can be both challenging and rewarding because entrepreneurs are typically independent and committed to their business ideas. In order to give advice to CIC entrepreneurs as a mentor and homework night volunteer, I use examples from my own business experience as suggestions for planning future business goals. This approach allows each entrepreneur to arrive at their own solutions and enables them to take ownership of their successes.
