Molly Fulton currently works as the Development Director for Jefferson Area CHiP, a local nonprofit that provides health care and parenting support to families with young children. Molly is a graduate of the University of Virginia and her professional experience includes early childhood education, sales, marketing, communications, and internet start-ups. Molly has spent a few years working with start-ups, most notably providing consulting services to Ugandan entrepreneurs through the Grow Movement. Molly is also an active blogger and entrepreneur with an online shop of hand made goods on Etsy. Her experience with community engagement and specifically with aspiring small business owners has made her an asset to CIC.
