We are experiencing so many emotions saying goodbye to Waverly, who will be leaving CIC for her new role as Senior Communications Manager at Make A Wish Hawaii. This is a fully remote position so Waverly will still be in and around Charlottesville.

Dear CIC Community,
It is a surreal feeling to be leaving this incredible community. CIC and this community have supported me in more ways than I could have ever imagined over these past seven years. The CIC community has been a huge part of shaping me into who I am today. I am honored to have worked with the passionate, smart, and dedicated team, entrepreneurs, board members, and volunteers at CIC. I am grateful to have seen this organization and community grow in incredibly inspiring ways and I know there are many exciting things to come.
Thank you all for showing me what can be accomplished when a community works together. Being a part of CIC has been a great joy in my life for seven years and I owe that to all of you!
