LaunchPad is a program dedicated to enhancing accessibility to entrepreneurs at local farmer’s markets. Developed in partnership with Community Investment Collaborative (CIC), Charlottesville City Market, Farmers Market at IX, and the Charlottesville Office of Economic Development, this initiative aims to empower vendors by offering complimentary farmer’s market spaces throughout the regular market season, April 6 – November 23.
Approved vendors will have reserved, designated spots assigned by market personnel and will be provided access to the following essential equipment as needed, on a per-market basis:
- One (1) 10 x 10 tent
- One (1) 6ft table
- Two (2) chairs
Vendors will be responsible for a $35 or $25 market registration fee depending on the market. Stall fees will be waived.
