Congratulations Carolina! CIC Now Hiring!

We’re thrilled to announce that Carolina Medina, our current Operations Coordinator, will now be CIC’s first Director of Lending and Operations. Carolina has been a team member since 2018 and is a major part of our recent loan growth. You’re used to seeing her at the front desk, talking to her on the phone, and working with her for Office Hours and the Collaborative, but now she will be in charge of directing all of our lending activities, overseeing the new Operations Coordinator, and facilitating lending opportunities through our CDFI certification. We are so excited for her to take on this new role!

As Carolina moves into her new position, we’re looking for a new team member with a vibrant personality, strong work ethic, and an eye for detail to be our Operations Coordinator.

The Operations Coordinator is the administrative backbone of CIC’s office. More often than not, they will be the first eyes you see or voice you hear when calling, emailing or visiting our space. This logistics maven will be part office manager, part receptionist, part “t-crosser” and “i-dotter”. The position will report to and their performance will be evaluated by the Director of Lending and Operations, although they will work closely with all staff. The person who assumes this role primarily works standard business hours on weekdays, with occasional responsibilities during evenings.
