Delores Roberts is the owner and creative director of D’s Pretty Events, a luxury wedding and event décor business specializing in elegant draping, custom backdrops, and refined event styling. With over 20 years of experience in event design and production, she brings a strategic, detail-driven approach to creative entrepreneurship and organizational leadership.

In addition to her work in the events industry, Delores has a strong background in higher education and professional development supporting leadership growth and institutional effectiveness.

Delores is deeply committed to community and economic empowerment. She served as Vice Chair (2022–2024) and Chair (2024–2025) of the Community Investment Collaborative Board of Directors, where she helped advance initiatives supporting small business owners and emerging entrepreneurs. A proud graduate of CIC’s Entrepreneur Workshop, she is passionate about mentorship, equity in entrepreneurship, and sustainable business growth.
