The Tom Tom Festival is back for another round of excitement April 16-20, 2025, with a variety of events to place local artists and businesses on center stage. Once again, the Community Investment Collaborative (CIC) is partnering to host its 12th Annual Crowdfunded Pitch Night!
On Wednesday, April 16, 2025, at 7pm, the Crowdfunded Pitch Night will be held at The CODE Building. Ten local entrepreneurs will pitch their business concepts to a live audience, excited to pledge funds to their favorite contestant. It’s a three minute chance to share your vision with the community, inspire the crowd to action, and compete for a chance to win a max of $5,000 grand prize. Aside from the grand prize, this year, all funds raised by a startup will go directly to the startup, regardless of the crowd favorite.
In years past, the Crowdfunded Pitch Night has garnered major support and yielded substantial opportunities for the entrepreneurs through prizes, recognition, and business development. Former participants and winners credit the event as a launching pad for their current success.
