Yvonnia Bryant serves as CIC’s Development & Communications Manager, where she supports the organization’s fundraising and communications efforts to advance equitable access to entrepreneurship resources across the Central and Southern Virginia regions.

Since joining CIC in 2022, Yvonnia has been instrumental in securing thousands of dollars in funding, contributing to impactful marketing and fundraising campaigns, and strengthening CIC’s brand and community presence. Her work supports CIC’s mission by amplifying entrepreneur stories, deepening donor engagement, and expanding the organization’s reach across the region.

A Charlottesville native, Yvonnia brings a deep commitment to equity and community-centered work. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication with a concentration in Media Studies and a minor in Women’s Studies from Old Dominion University. Outside of CIC, she serves on the boards of Computers4Kids (C4K) and Mahogany & Friends Foundation, and is actively involved with the Minority Business Alliance through the Charlottesville Regional Chamber of Commerce.
