S. Lisa Herndon has worked for several years as a Customer Service Training Specialist and Brand Manager, for national and international brands. She traveled the country and developed her expertise in communications and negotiations. She worked in the publishing industry as Regional Circulation Customer Service Manager, and then following the Great Recession S. Lisa took a leap of faith to become a licensed REALTOR®. Lisa continues to serve the Charlottesville, Albemarle and surrounding areas as a leading real estate expert and continues to be an indispensable influencer in real estate decisions to address the affordable housing crisis. It is her fortitude, tenacity and the strength of a straightforwardness approach to doing business, that continues to prove valuable throughout her many real estate endeavors. S.
