Sarad Davenport

Sarad Davenport is a human-centered designer, media entrepreneur, and community leader who has a proven track record for producing successful outcomes. Sarad runs a local consultancy, DSID, which focuses on human-centered design, community engagement, organizational development, and project management. He is also the Chief Operating Officer of Vinegar Hill Magazine, a media company that promotes inclusive storytelling in the central Virginia region. He was the founding director of the Charlottesville Promise Neighborhood (City of Promise), a federal grant recipient focused on improving life-outcomes for youth and families. Davenport is a passionate advocate for social justice and equity, and his work has been recognized nationally.
