RISE Community Business Navigator

Fritz serves as our RISE Community Business Navigator at the SOVA Innovation Hub, based in South Boston, Virginia.  He brings an extensive background in training, leadership development, and business management from a wide variety of hospitality related fields.

Working for entrepreneurs in the restaurant industry offered Fritz firsthand experience with the struggles of small business owners, and the crucial roles education, mentorship, and access to capital play in determining the success of a business. Raised in New Jersey and having worked up and down the east coast most of his life, Fritz relocated to South Boston six years ago to start a family and put down roots.  He is dedicated to helping the surrounding communities grow and flourish by connecting entrepreneurs with the necessary resources.
