Teira E. Farley, Director of Communications and Engagement

Teira recently joined the CIC team to serve as its Director of Communications & Engagement. A dual, magna cum laude graduate of Florida A&M University, one of the nation’s most renowned public HBCUs, she holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a Master of Business Administration, with management and marketing concentrations, respectively. Teira has over fifteen years of industry experience, spanning government and higher education sectors, which grants her multifaceted expertise in the areas of branding, marketing, communications, media, business development, finance, operations, and organizational infrastructure. As a tenured business owner and lifelong learner, she also has a rich, thorough history with non-profit organizations. Her greatest joy is inspiring others to tap into their purpose, stand in their truth, maximize their potential, and utilize their story to fulfill their dreams and impact the lives of those around them.
